Adam L. Szilagyi, Esquire
Attorney at Law, Owner
Attorney Szilagyi is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Conestoga Valley High School in 2002, he moved to Philadelphia to attend Temple University. He graduated from Temple in 2006 and then attended law school at Drexel University School of Law, where he graduated in 2009. In August of 2009, Attorney Szilagyi returned to Lancaster to begin practicing law at Goldberg & Beyer.
Karen McCarter
Legal Assistant
Karen McCarter, or “Miss Karen” (as many of our clients call her), worked in the administrative/secretarial field for approximately 12 years before she joined the legal field. She then worked as a deputy in the Lancaster County Clerk of Courts for eight years before becoming a legal assistant at Goldberg & Beyer for 24 (!) years. When Goldberg & Beyer closed its doors at the end of 2021, Karen joined Szilagyi Law LLC.
Maribeth Collins, Esquire
Attorney at Law
Attorney Maribeth Collins is a dedicated attorney who brings a strong commitment to advocacy, holistic legal representation, and genuine compassion for her clients. She graduated from Northampton Area High School in 2008, and then attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her degree in political science with a concentration in law. From there, she attended Widener Law Commonwealth in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, earning her Juris Doctorate. Maribeth fell in love with the area and has been somewhere in South Central Pennsylvania ever since.
Manal Fatima
Tech & Ops Coordinator
Manal Fatima graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2026 with a double major in Computer Science and Creative Writing. While at Franklin & Marshall, she developed a strong interest in artificial intelligence, software development, legal operations, and the ways novel technologies can be effectively applied to the practice of law.
Alan G. Goldberg, Esquire
