Attorney Goldberg began practicing law in the field of criminal defense in 1982. He graduated from Emerson College in Boston, MA in 1976 and from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA in 1980. He began practicing law as a solo practitioner prior to being a partner at multiple firms (Goldberg & Knisely, Goldberg Knisely and Beyer, and finally, Goldberg & Beyer). Attorney Goldberg was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
During his 40-year career, Attorney Goldberg built a reputation for being a highly-skilled, dedicated, and ever-willing advocate for his clients. He was undoubtedly one of Lancaster’s best trial lawyers.
On August 31, 2022, Attorney Goldberg officially retired from the practice of law. Szilagyi Law LLC is thankful for the time he spent at the firm as our Of Counsel Attorney.
